Behavioral Health
The Avel eCare Behavioral Healthprogram uses high-definition audio/video equipment to provide 24/7 access to behavioral health clinicians offering services for emergency departments and both medical and psychiatric inpatient units.
We assist medical and front-line staff with appropriate documentation, screening and disposition with our interdisciplinary team of clinicians. Critically ill patients receive either around-the-clock (ICU) or ondemand (Critical Care on Demand) monitoring by intensivists and critical care nurses supported by sophisticated decision-support software that monitors patients and detects the slightest changes in condition.

EMS
Through Avel eCare EMS, EMS agencies in urban, rural, and underserved areas can access board-certified emergency physicians and experienced nurses for peer-to-peer emergency support in the field or on route.
Participating agencies are outfitted with a rugged, reliable telemedicine package that rapidly connects EMS personnel to Avel’s hub via enhanced cellular networks. We partner with EMS professionals to expedite care and provide the best pre-hospital care possible. Our goal is to support EMS personnel by lending a virtual hand when they need it, helping preserve

Avel eCare Senior Care consists of three programs — Skilled Nursing Facility, Senior Living and Medical Directorship. The aim is to reduce medically unnecessary transfers while improving continuity of care for residents.

Avel eCare School Health ensures schools have nursing coverage for the entire school day by connecting local staff to a team of trained nurses. This team of virtual school nurses can assist with chronic issues such as diabetes, lifethreatening allergies and asthma, as well as behavioral health consults and unscheduled health needs including first aid and injury.
