Doug brings over twenty-five years of international and domestic experience leading organizations through the successful development and implementation of commercial growth and performance strategies to drive shareholder value and customer satisfaction, while employing strong cross-functional teams focused on team member and client engagement to drive sustainability.

Most recently, Doug served as President of Equality Health’s Technology Division, focused on enabling payer and provider collaboration to improve care for members in conjunction with value-based care contracts. During his leadership tenure, the Technology Division transformed its operations to align with a product strategy aimed at driving growth and improving customer satisfaction and profitability. Equality Health partnered with General Atlantic in February 2021 to recapitalize the business.

Prior to Equality Health, Doug served as SVP and General Manager of Change Healthcare’s Clinical Review division, focused on services capturing HCC’s and reflecting accurate risk adjustment scores, and HEDIS measure validation to drive STARS ratings for payers primarily in the government program space. Doug’s experience prior to Change Healthcare was focused in the areas of finance and general management with Brambles, plc, a publicly traded Australian company and Private Equity and Public Accounting firms.

Doug earned an MBA from the Goizueta Business School at Emory University and a BBA in Accounting from the University of Georgia. He and his wife, Shelley, and daughter, Chaney, live in Atlanta, Georgia.
