Nicole Freesemann served as Chief Human Resources Officer for Raven Industries, a leading technology company dedicated to helping farmers serve the world. She joined Raven in 2008 and held several human resources roles over the course of her tenure. In 2021, Nicole became part of CNH through the Raven Industries acquisition, where she served as Global Vice President of Human Resources for Research and Development.

 

Throughout her time at Raven and CNH, Nicole built strong partnerships with business units, implemented a new approach to performance reviews, and spearheaded the development of innovative business leadership programs. She was instrumental in developing a company culture that acted as a key differentiator, helping to attract, engage, and retain top talent. Additionally, she played a critical role in both the company’s acquisition and integration strategies, creating pathways for teams to collaborate effectively during the transition and in ongoing alignment efforts.
