Pierre is the sixth community to be outfitted with the Avel E-CARE system. Avel has the goal of outfitting 66 ambulances services with the system by May. The State of South Dakota has secured American Rescue Plan funds for the equipment and setup with the Department of Health coverng E-CARE’s annual expenses.
