Individuals must identify themselves as being with the Avel eCare 2024 Conference Group at the time the reservation is made in order to receive the group rate. Reservations need to be made on or before March 26, 2024. Hotel costs are not included in registration fees.

Physicians, Physician Assistants, Nurse Practitioners: $800

Paramedics, Nurses and Respiratory Therapists: $400
*If registering after Feb. 1, 2024: $450

Registration fee includes an appetizer meal on April 25th and breakfast and lunch on April 26th. The book is not included in this cost.

Cancellation Policy: All cancellations must be submitted in writing to [email protected]. If you need to cancel your registration, the registration fee less a 10% administrative fee will be refunded if received more than 14 days prior to the education. No refunds will be made after that.

Substitution Policy: Substitutions will be honored for those wishing to be replaced by another representative without any additional fees.

To keep registration fees low, the book “The Walls Manual of Emergency Airway Management – 6^th Edition” will no longer be provided with registration fee. If you would like to purchase the book, you can find it here or here.
