Justin Hinker is the Administrator at Avera Prince of Peace Retirement Community in Sioux Falls, SD.  He has been an administrator in long term care for 28 years.  He hold a Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration from the University of South Dakota.  Prior to his position at Avera Health, he spent 14 years with the Good Samaritan Society.  Justin has managed facilities in small rural communities as well as leading a full continuum of care in a urban setting.   Avera Prince of Peace was one of the first facilities to utilize the Avel eCare technology, equipment and resources on their campus.  His facility has also been a pilot site for Avel eCare initiatives.
