Cancellation Policy: All cancellations must be submitted in writing to [email protected]. If you need to cancel your registration, the registration fee less a 20% administrative fee will be refunded if received more than 21 days prior to the education. No refunds will be made after that.

Substitution Policy: Substitutions will be honored for those wishing to be replaced by another representative without any additional fees.

Consent to Use Photographic Images: Registration and attendance at the Avel eCare Emergency Airway Training Program Powered by The Difficult Airway Course® and related activities constitutes an agreement by the registrant to Avel eCare’s use and distribution (both now and in the future) of the registrant’s or attendee’s image or voice in photographs, videotapes, electronic reproductions, and audiotapes of such events and activities.
