Recap of 2022 Customer Forum and Innovation Summit
Avel eCare’s 2022 Customer Forum and Innovation Summit included a variety of speaking sessions and roundtables where we discussed important issues ranging from the nursing and physician shortage and preventable medication errors, to the soaring behavioral health need across the country and telemedicine change management. Ultimately, our team came away with useful action items that will help improve our service and explore new avenues for growth.
